TSA Management has been engaged by Landcom as the Development Director for a two year period to finalise a development proposal for a 770 lot residential development around the University of Western Sydney’s (UWS) Campbelltown Campus. The vision for the UWS project is “to provide for a community which offers a unique lifestyle of learning, living, working and playing within an education precinct.”
Landcom is delivering the UWS project by a Project Delivery Agreement with the University. Landcom has prime responsibility for delivering the project; however development decisions are made jointly by representatives of Landcom and UWS via a Project Control Group (PCG).
TSA is required to understand and appreciate the views and directions of both parties. The role is to service the PCG and is directly reportable to Landcom’s General Manager, Mick Owens. The role will Initially require a comprehensive review of the current masterplan, development feasibility, and development strategy and also the preparation of a business plan. The role is expected to continue until the first development consent is issued for the project, nominally a period of 15 months.
