The Riverwood Narwee Urban Renewal project consisted of the analysis and planning for this significant urban renewal project in the Riverwood Narwee area.
The Department of Housing owns approximately 1,500 dwellings in a mixture of medium density and freestanding properties. The project consisted of analysing the existing stock and determining a long term strategy for the renewal, disposal and upgrade of the Department’s assets. The project canvassed a significant increase in the density of the area in line with the NSW Government’s Metropolitan strategy.
TSA Management was engaged as the Project Manager to manage the input from all consultants including urban design, statutory planning and quantity surveying. TSA Management undertook all commercial analysis for the project as well asdetailed research within the local area in consultation with council and various consultant groups to develop a range and mix of products that could be developed within the constraints of the local council and state government regulations.
