Woolworths Distribution Centre, Minchinbury

The Woolworths Sydney Regional Distribution Centre is located at Minchinbury and is the central distribution point for the greater Sydney area. The project comprised of modifications to the existing 50,000m² ambient warehousing and loading dock facilities, the addition of 30,000m² of cold storage and freezer facilities, the associated loading docks plus extensive road and infrastructure works.

Woolworths engaged TSA Management to provide management services to the project to coordinate the development, design, procurement, contract administration, commissioning and construction phases of the overall facility.

The project was procured on a design and construct basis. Notwithstanding a substantial business driven scope from the Client during the construction phase, the project was delivered within approved time and budget constraints.
