Both Parkes and Forbes Hospitals for the Lachlan Health Service (LHS) Redevelopment comprise the health service streams of Primary and Community Services, Emergency and Critical Care Services, Medical and Surgical Services, Women’s Health, Clinical Support Services and Non-Clinical Support Services. Forbes Hospital includes the additional health service streams of Ambulatory Care Services and Sub and Non Acute Services.

The LHS project is technically complex and involves the relocation of major departments within the two existing hospital sites. The necessities for staging facilities and communication with various key stakeholders require detailed planning and project management to facilitate the redevelopment while the existing hospital needs to operate normally.

TSA Management is providing project management services and is responsible for the clinical service configuration study and planning of the facility.
