Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Mental Health Unit

This project involves the building of a new purpose built facility at the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital which caters for the needs of Acute Adult, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Patients.
The development includes a two storey building and surrounding works comprising of a 35 bed acute adult ward to replace the existing Lindsay Madew facility, a 12 bed child and adolescent ward, child and adolescent mental health community services, otherapy rooms, family meeting areas, gym facility, courtyards and onsite parking for 155 cars.
TSA Management is providing project management services that include the development approval process, managing the design process, tender procurement and contract administration.
