Situated on the Yarra River in Southbank, Melbourne, Freshwater Place is an iconic landmark on the Melbourne Skyline. Freshwater Place comprises over 53,000m² of commercial office space over 38 levels, an apartment tower, retail precinct and public domain over 60 levels. The apartment development required a rigorous quality management and defect rectification programme due to the high expectations of purchasers.

TSA Management was appointed as Development Manager and Owner's Representative for administration of the Development Agreement. TSA staff were instrumental in setting the tender strategy, leading tender negotiations and in-depth value management processes. TSA Management also managed the successful delivery and staged settlement of the development.
