UnitingCare Ageing is the single largest provider of aged care services in NSW and the ACT. Their Residential Care Program provides high and low care facilities. Addressing the long term needs of aged care in the Far North Coast and South East Regions, is a focus of UnitingCare Ageing.

Initially engaged to develop their project management systems, TSA Management was then engaged as Project Director for a series of projects including facilities at Port Macquarie, Nambucca Heads and Shell Harbour, NSW. These three projects collectively provided accommodation and care for 300 residents. TSA Management is currently providing the project management services for 97 independent livings units at Hamlyn Terrace, NSW.

TSA Management was engaged to act as Project Director on all four projects. Responisbilities included development and implementation of project management systems and training for the client team, assistance and advice to the Regional Development Manager on all issues for the project's inception and implementation and management of the consultant team to ensure the client's objectives, in terms of time, cost and product are met during the design phase.
