Western Sydney Replacement Flows

The Western Sydney Replacement Flows project involved a treatment plant for waste water generated bythree STP’s creating an additional 50 ml/d that will be available to replace environmental flows from Warragamba Dam. The project includes reverse osmosis technology, five capture and transfer pumping stations, connection to a major sewer transfer system and 50km of pipeline.
TSA Management was engaged as Contract Manager to administer the $250m D&C contract and provide project management of the client’s integrated project team. This project team was responsible for all aspects of technical design review, compliance with planning and authority requirements, financial control and reporting, construction quality and OHS compliance, environmental compliance, landowner and community relations, land acquisition, external and internal stakeholder consultation, commissioning and process proving compliance and handover to client stakeholders.
TSA Management was responsible for the contract administration, OHS management and construction surveillance for the plant pumping stations and pipelines.
