TSA Management

TSA Management was well represented in the list of projects short listed for the 2011 NSW awards with the St Marys Water Treatment Plant (for Sydney Water) and the Outer Suburban Rail Cars (for RailCorp) being nominated in a number of the award categories.

Congratulations to both teams for winning the following awards:
- St Marys Water Recycling Project – TSA’s Peter Dolier (Contract Manager) and the team picked up the Sustainable Project Award;
- Outer Suburban Train (OSCAR) Project – TSA’s Adam Nathan (Planning and Implementation Manager) and the team were on hand to collect the Product Development Award.

The Sydney Desalination Project was one of the largest capital works undertakings by the NSW Government. It provides 15% of Sydney’s potable water and was delivered on time and under budget. TSA Management was appointed to contract manage the delivery of the Desalination Plant.

The remarkable success of the project has been recognised through a series of local and international awards. Some of these include:
- Global Water Awards 2011 - Best Plant of the Year, presented to Sydney Water by the former Secretary General of the UN, Kofi Annan in Berlin;
- National AIPM Awards 2010 - Winner of the Project Management Achievement Award for the most outstanding construction / engineering project over $100 million;
- Engineering Excellence Awards 2010 - Winner of the in the Project Management category for achieving the client's requirements in harmony with the environment,
  business and broader community;
- Infrastructure Partnerships Australia's Award 2010 - Winner of the National Government Partnership Excellence Award;
- NSW Civil Contractors Federation Earth Awards 2010 - Best Project Finalist (Projects over $75 million);
- Engineers Australia (NSW) 2010 Project Management Excellence Award; and
- National Master Builders Association 2010 - Civil Infrastructure Award.

TSA's Sydney to Hobart yacht "TSA Management" has again taken line honors in this year's competitive Sydney 38 class. The 2011 win makes it two in a row for TSA Management's Tony Levett who defended his title against the media favourite Ella Bache. The race was notable for the challenging weather encounted by the yachts down the NSW coast and the fluky conditions down the Tasmanian coast. Tony finished the race in just over four days.

The TSA Management sponsored Sydney 38 is a regular sight on Sydney Harbour and a regular competitor in the Sydney summer twlight series. 

The World Heritage listed Sydney Opera House is one of the busiest tourist and cultural precincts in Australia, welcoming around 8.2 million visitors every year.

The Vehicle Access and Pedestrian Safety Project will enhance tourist and visitor safety by removing heavy vehicles from the Forecourt to a new underground loading dock.

The Sydney Opera House Trust has entrusted TSA Management to help deliver this important landmark project.
