Theo van Veenendaal - Retail Sector Leader

Theo leads TSA Management's Retail Business Unit and brings over 25 years development and project delivery experience in the sector. He has previously been a General Manager and Senior Development Manager with Lend Lease Retail and has been responsible for numerous retail property developments throughout Australia.

Some of the projects Theo has been responsible for delivering include Cairns Central, Sunshine Plaza (Maroochydore), Erina Fair, Craigieburn Town Centre and the Mid City Centre, Sydney. Theo has managed the total process from project inception to tenancy fitout. He has a thorough understanding of the development process and the management of risks associated with the delivery of complex projects.
