Evan Carman - General Manager, Hunter Region

Evan leads TSA Management's Newcastle business and brings over 25 years of experience in surveying, land development and project management. Following a successful surveying career, Evan has focused on project management and brings specialist expertise in property investigation, land development and development planning.  

With a career working throughout the Hunter region, Evan has an intimate knowledge of the local business environment. In recent years, Evan has been focused on project managment, engineering design and contract administration of major residential subdivision developments.

Evan's skill set lies in town planning, feasibility analysis, planning approvals and client side contract administration.
