Sydney Wildlife World

Located in the tourist precinct of Darling Harbour adjacent to the Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World is a 8000m2 development exhibiting Australian wildlife through approximately 80 individual exhibits and is located adjacent to Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour, Sydney. Retail outlets with Australian souvenirs and food and beverage add a further 1,000m² to the development.

TSA Management was appointed as Project Manager to manage the development approval and delivery. TSA Management led the project through the development approval phase involving multiple stakeholders and developed the design consistent with a defined procurement strategy. The contracting strategy involved letting a number of individual packages including enabling works, wet work engineering, substructure, superstructure and exhibit fit out.

Our involvement with the Wildlife World project has also led to assignments on the Manly Aquarium, Sydney Aquarium and Sydney Tower.
