Coal Services provides services to the mining industry in the areas of technical services, OHS Services, mines rescue and virtual reality training.
Mines rescue training and the virtual reality training is carried out at the Coal Services Training and Support Centre at Woonona, south of Sydney. This is a unique facility that provides a simulated underground environment that can be used to train mining personnel in a range of emergency scenarios.
TSA have been engaged to provide a series of advisory assignments including:
- Managing building compliance issued associated with the facilities fire engineered design.
- Managing the extension of the facilities to include a health clinic.
