National Building and Jobs Plan (Housing Stimulus)

The National Building and Jobs Program is part of the Commonwealth Government’s stimulus program that aims to improve public housing infrastructure valued at $2 billion.

TSA Management has been engaged to manage the property acquisition, procurement, development and construction of the Central Coast projects and a selection of Sydney metropolitan sites.

As part of our role on these projects, TSA is the contract manager with a team of 10 personnel managing the procurement and delivery and contract administration of 31 individual construction contracts. TSA’s project team has procured in excess of 30 construction contracts and over 100 professional services contracts over a twelve month period. All of these contracts have been procured in accordance with the NSW Procurement Guidelines.
