TSA Management has been engaged by RSL LifeCare to deliver a series of new and renovated Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) and Independent Living Units (ILU) and Nursing Homes throughout NSW. The projects typically involve design management, planning approvals, business case preparation, contractor procurement, contract administration and delivery.
TSA Management has managed the development and project delivery of the RSL capital works program that has included:
- Peter Cosgrove House – 196 bed nursing home ($22m)
- Villers Bretonneux Nursing Home – 25 ILUs ($12m)
- Ballina Ex Services Retirement Village – 120 bed RACF ($30m)
- Byron at Bayside Retirement Village – 65 bed RACF, 33 ILUs ($11m)
- Cherry Street, Byron Bay – 140 bed RACF ($20m)
- Florence Price Retirement Village – 120 bed RACF and 22 ILUs ($25m)
- Rowland Retirement Village, Galston – 66 bed RACF ($10m)
- Remembrance Retirement Village, Wagga Wagga – 60 bed RACF ($6m)
- Dardanelles Village – 43 ILUs ($66m)
- Dumaresq Retirement Village, Nowra – 60 bed RACF ($22m)
- ANZAC Village – 16 ILU’s ($15m)
